Mr. Teixeira’s law practice includes representing corporations and businesses in commercial transactions including share or asset purchases, shareholder agreements, acquisitions, commercial leases and employment contracts.
His trial advocacy includes a broad range of criminal, commercial and general civil litigation, including contract disputes, property rights, tort claims and wrongful dismissal litigation.
Mr. Teixeira has appeared before various courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the Tax Court of Canada. He has also appeared before the Labour Board and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
